Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

Delivery is free on orders over $75. Below that, a flat delivery rate is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within one to two business days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time, or at a weekend, begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes three to seven business days depending on your address. Larger items such as cookware sets can take a little longer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, contact us at support@celleonline.store.

Problems on delivery

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before unpacking further and email us the same day so we can arrange a replacement.
