1. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, over an encrypted connection. We do not store card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery timings are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Returns

Our Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Natural materials such as wood, stoneware and linen vary in grain, glaze and colour, and those variations are a property of the material rather than a defect.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered.
